5-6 g of coffee per 65 ml of water
Measure the drinking water with a cup and pour it.
Two teaspoons of coffee per cup, add sugar if you are not going to drink it plain.
Stir the coffee in the cezve over low heat.
Serve the foam in the cups within a few minutes. Cook the remaining coffee one more time and divide it into the cups.
